Tony Hardy's journey in the real estate industry began two decades ago when he worked at New Century Mortgage, a national lender's central retail operations headquarters, while in law school. His early career included leadership roles at Century 21 Enterprise Realty, where he held the esteemed title of team captain, leading the number one team in a Centurion office on Chicago's South Side.

 

A pivotal moment in Tony's career occurred during his time at Wade Development, where he wore multiple hats, from developer to site manager. Overseeing diverse construction projects in vibrant neighborhoods, including Bronzeville, Kenwood, and South Shore, provided him with invaluable insights into the intricacies of the industry.

 

Throughout his journey, Tony navigated real estate's ever-changing landscape. He's been a loan officer, developer, and investor, offering a unique perspective on the industry's multifaceted nature. With roots dating back to his time at Century 21 Enterprise Realty and Wade Development, Tony possesses deep-seated experience.

 

His commitment to revitalizing Chicago's South Side led to projects like the Legends South development with HOPE-6, a significant affordable mixed-use community that transformed Chicago's South Side. This project exemplified Tony's dedication to impacting our communities positively.

 

Today, Tony is proud to hold the esteemed role of Regional Ambassador for Keller Williams Commercial's Mid-American region and serves as the Executive Director at Keller Williams One Chicago Commercial. He brings this wealth of experience to every client relationship, dedicated to providing diverse choices and opportunities. Among Tony's notable accomplishments is the sale of 6253 South Michigan for north of $20 million in 2019, the Presidential Library Portfolio, a 2021 deal that sold for north of $16 million, and 5223 Blackstone, a deal that closed in 2022 for $10,350,000. These transactions underscore his exceptional track record and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, positioning him as a trusted advisor in the industry.

 

Tony's deal flow extends beyond the South Side of Chicago, including notable achievements such as the Miami Hills affordable housing community, a 202-unit property in South Bend, Indiana. The Samuel Cole Building, a Chipotle Anchor Landmark in Chicago's River North neighborhood, further highlights Tony's expertise in navigating complex real estate transactions.

 

At the National Real Estate Mortgage Company, Tony served as the production manager and led a team of 17 loan officers who performed loans on a very high level in 37 states. This experience further solidifies his comprehensive understanding of the real estate market, making him a well-rounded and reliable professional in the industry.
