Tony Hardy is a seasoned commercial real estate leader known for his vision, execution, and ability to build strong teams that deliver exceptional results. With more than two decades of experience, he has become a trusted advisor to investors, developers, and business owners across Chicago, Illinois, and the Midwest.
Tony began his career in real estate finance at New Century Mortgage while in law school, gaining firsthand experience in lending and capital markets. He went on to hold leadership positions at Century 21 Enterprise Realty, where he led the number-one sales team in a Centurion office, and later at Wade Development, where he served as developer and site manager for projects in Bronzeville, Kenwood, and South Shore. These early experiences—spanning brokerage, finance, development, and investment—gave him a comprehensive understanding of how real estate creates value.
Today, Tony serves as Illinois Market Vice President for Supply Chain Logistics & Manufacturing (SCLM), a national 3PL real estate firm supporting companies with data centers, warehouses, distribution facilities, and advanced manufacturing sites. He provides clients with capital solutions, development consultation, and strategic site selection across industrial and logistics asset classes.
He is also Illinois Market Vice President for My ALF Consultant, a national platform advising operators and investors in assisted living, memory care, independent living, skilled nursing, and continuing care communities. His counsel helps clients navigate regulation, financing, and development in a rapidly evolving sector.
At Keller Williams One Chicago Commercial, Tony is Executive Director and Regional Ambassador for KW Commercial’s Mid-American Region. Backed by Keller Williams’ global network, he leads one of the most active commercial teams in the Midwest, known for its market knowledge, deal flow, and creative solutions.
Tony’s influence extends well beyond brokerage. He is President of the South Side Community Investors Association, Director of the Chicago Neighborhood Building Owners Alliance, Director of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® (2019–2020), and Chairman of the CAR Commercial Forum. As director with the Greater Chatham Initiative, he helps advance economic development and placemaking efforts on Chicago’s South Side.
A hallmark of Tony’s leadership is his ability to build and empower teams. The breadth of his work is made possible by the specialists and advisors he has developed, ensuring every project receives the highest level of attention. He is equally passionate about mentoring the next generation of brokers: more than 80% of the agents he has coached, mentored, or hired were either newly licensed or transitioning from residential to commercial real estate. His forthcoming book, Resimercial Revolution: Broker’s Playbook, distills the strategies that have enabled his agents to thrive in commercial brokerage and will soon be available for presale.
Born and raised in Englewood, Tony is deeply connected to Chicago’s South Side and brings that perspective into his work. Outside of real estate, he is a devoted Chicago sports fan—supporting the Cubs, White Sox, Bulls, Bears, and Blackhawks—and enjoys live music across the city. These connections to culture and community are woven into his approach to building relationships and leading teams.
